Overview

The definition of psychosocial is relating to the combination of psychological and social behavior. An example of psychosocial is the nature of a study that examines the relationship between a person's fears and how he relates to others in a social setting.

The School of Psycho-social Studies consists of the subject groups Educational Psychology and Learner Support, Life Orientation and Movement Education.

Life orientation is the study of the self in relation to others and to society.
