Once you choose your delegate type on the registration form below, the conference fee will be displayed under "Costs" on the form.
 
Please note that the conference price does not include accommodation or travel cost. Accommodation and travel expenses are for your own account. Due to the conference being hosted at Cradle Moon Game Lodge, there is a special tarrif for delegates who wish to conveniently make use of their accommodation options. Please remember to supply your unique code upon booking your accommodation for this special tarrif to be applicable.
 

Registration Procedure

An official invoice, with banking details will subsequently be emailed to you to confirm your successful registration.
To confirm your attendance, kindly deposit the applicable fee directly into the bank account indicated on the invoice – either by bank deposit or electronic fund transfer (EFT), and submit the proof of payment (with your unique code as reference) on the website.
 

Registration Disclaimer

Full conference attendance (Monday 4 November 17:00 – Thursday 7 November 14:00):
The registration fee includes registration, conference material, refreshments, breakfast, lunch and supper during the three days of attendance and arranged functions. It excludes all travelling costs, accommodation and any other refreshments not included on the programme.
One- or two-day attendance only:
The registration fee includes registration, conference material, refreshments, breakfast, lunch and supper during the one or two days of attendance (and arranged functions for that specific day), but excludes all travelling costs, accommodation and any other refreshments not included on the programme.
 

Refund Policy

Refunds are possible under certain circumstances.  You are more than welcome to send a substitute as well.  Closing date for refunds is Sunday, 30 September.  No refunds will be made after this date.  Should a refund or substitute be required, please inform the conference administrators at SDL@nwu.ac.za.
